Ilmuwan yang menemukan teori relativitas ini meninggal pada 18 April 1955 di usia 76 tahun. Einstein lahir di Jerman pada 14 Maret 1879. Kemudia ia berpindah-pindah dari Swiss, Austria, hingga menetap di Amerika Serikat pada 1940 sampai 1955.
